Pastor Zachery Tims Found Dead on Floor in NY Hotel Room
It was just nearly one year ago the late pastor Zachery Tims was found in a New York hotel. The news of his death shocked the church world and followers alike. Zachery Tims was a popular pastor in nearby Orlando, Florida but by the time this news hit nationwide, he became a household name.

Has Paula White Ben Selected As New Destiny’s New Pastor?
There has been some speculation that Pastor Paula White of Without Walls International Church in Tampa, Florida may be the next pastor to lead the late Zachery Tims’ church New Destiny Christian Center. We heard about some of these speculations but were not able to confirm it.

Zachery Tims’ Cause of Death ‘Would Be an Embarrassment’, Says Madeline Tims
Judge Cynthia S. Kern of the Manhattan State Supreme Court has ruled this afternoon that Pastor Zachery Tims’ cause of death should be released.
Judge has Kern ruled that “no statute prohibits the New York City Medical Examiner from releasing the cause and manner of death.”
Reports have also stated Pastor Zachery Tims’ mother Madeline Tims submitted a four page letter to the court. In the letter, she asserted that his cause of death would be an embarrassment to her, his children, her grandchildren and his congregation.

Pastor Zachery Tims’ Cause of Death: Manhattan Judge OKs Release
The day of truth is soon to come. Judge Cynthia S. Kern of the Manhattan State Supreme Court has ruled this afternoon that Pastor Zachery Tims’ cause of death should be released.

Zachery Tims Cause of Death Could Be Revealed Next Week By NY Judge
Here’s a report on the latest in Zachery Tims’ cause of death. We are not sure how News 13 received this update but it is listed on their site.
A judge in New York could decide as early as Monday whether the public will find out the cause of death of popular Central Florida pastor Zachery Tims.
The 42-year-old was found dead in a New York City Hotel room on Aug. 12. Since then, his mother has filed a lawsuit to keep the cause of his death confidential.

Zachery Tims: Supreme Court Judge Has Withheld Judgement in Cause of Death of Pastor
In Manhattan, State Supreme Court Judge Cynthia S. Kern has withheld judgment today on whether the cause of Zachery Tims’ death should be released to the public or kept confidential to the family.
Tims, 42, pastor of New Destiny Christian Church in Apopka, was found dead in a New York City hotel room Aug. 12.

Zachery Tims’ Mother to Appear in Court To Keep Autopsy Private Thanksgiving Eve
We shall see what will become of this court hearing and if it will end up being a long and drawn out court case for months ahead.

Zachery Tims’ mother is set to appear in court this week in an attempt to stop the New York City medical examiner’s office from releasing the late pastor’s cause of death.
Madeline Tims, 61, will appear in court Wednesday to argue why her son’s autopsy results should remain private.

We just found the videos to the special evening service Pastor Paula White attended at Zachery Tims’ church New Destiny Christian Center Church on Oct. 16 th. Its a four part sermon where she promises at the beginning that she will address what will be going on at the church in the following few months and possibly who may the be the pastor and first lady.

A Mother’s Love: Zachery Tims’ Mother Saved Him From Attempted Murder Rap 28 Yrs Ago
We have written before about Zachery Tims’ mother Madeline Tims and how she is being very protective of her son. As we all know by now, Madeline Tims has stopped the presses from getting any information about his police investigation, autopsy results and toxicology results. She is currently suing the City of New York and other NY agencies from releasing any information about Zachery Tim’s cause of death.

This is a very timely report considering the mother of Zachery Tims, Madeline Tims has been in New York putting out restraining orders and lawsuits to keep Tims’ followers around the world from knowing exactly what was the cause of his death.
