The Curse of a Narcissistic Spirit: Bishop Eddie Long and New Birth Church
We just have one question: What will it take for Bishop Eddie Long to step down? As we all know right about now, Bishop Eddie Long and his New Birth M.B.C have been involved in more scandals than we can count since the sexual allegations have surfaced from four young men. Things are getting worse for Bishop Long and we are afraid they will not get any better until he steps down and repents.

Man in Critical Condition was Shot at Bishop Long’s New Birth Church
We just received some breaking news today from our affiliates in Atlanta that there was a shooting that took place at Bishop Long’s New Birth Missionary Baptist Church.
The Lithonia, GA located church apparently had a shooting on Saturday in the church parking lot. The DeKalb County police came out to the scene at 5:30 p.m. and found a male who had been shot and is in critical condition.

Now Bishop Long and his New Birth constituents want to try and clean up what was stated on the video and to Ephren Taylor’s response to Long’s allegations which put Taylor on blast for not paying back investors. Is it just us but we’re wondering why there is so much tag ball going on? Why can’t two intelligent men get together and handle this dispute without taking it to the public in what we see as very childish behavior? It appears to show they don’t want to meet in person and there’s something odd about this business relationship. Clearly it is all very ugly to say the least.

We received the entire story covered thus far on this subject. As you know Bishop Long invited Ephren Taylor to his wealth seminar in 2009. While Long introduced Taylor to the congregation, he ensured them that Taylor was a businessman and everything he is doing is the work of God.

Breaking News Ephren Taylor Allegedly Involved in Illegal Gambling with Bishop Long
Breaking News has hit concerning the new scandal involving Bishop Long and his New Birth Members. We just received a reliable tip out of Atlanta that Bishop Eddie Long and New Birth members were involved in an illegal gambling investment that Mr. Ephren Taylor presented to the church during their Wealth Tour Live 2009.
Along with other investments that members of New Birth dished out their live savings into, this investment had to do with electronic video gambling machines.

‘Man Up’ Bishop Long: Give Back $1 Million Dollar Investment to New Birth
Well, as you can see already before reading anymore, Bishop Long has got himself into another alleged scandal. Actually we thought this was the same scandal that he’s appealing from the recent news about the mortgage scam he was involved in a few months ago.
Back in November, news broke that a Fred Lee who represented Matrix Capital allegedly scammed New Birth members out of money that they paid to lower their mortgage payments. Many of those who paid into the alleged scheme, went bankrupt because their mortgage companies were never contacted by this Fred Lee.

Bishop Longs Interviews at Trumpet Awards in Atlanta
Recent news on Bishop Eddie Long on Thursday revealed he was seen at the Trumpet Awards prayer breakfast at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Downtown Atlanta. He was seated amongst other attendees while they received the honorees.
Bishop Long was there and afterward granted WSBTV Channel 2 with a brief interview. He made it very that he would not speak on the four lawsuits accusing him of sexual misconduct with young men once members of his church. Once the cameras were rolling, he spoke only on the honorees of the Trumpet Awards stating:

Its been extremely quiet surrounding the lawsuits in the case against Bishop Long coercing 4 young men into sexual relationships when they were underage teens. We have been consulting our sources right out of Atlanta, GA and they all state that its been ‘hush-hush’ since the depositions were announced in early January.
