A Mother’s Love: Zachery Tims’ Mother Saved Him From Attempted Murder Rap 28 Yrs Ago
We have written before about Zachery Tims’ mother Madeline Tims and how she is being very protective of her son. As we all know by now, Madeline Tims has stopped the presses from getting any information about his police investigation, autopsy results and toxicology results. She is currently suing the City of New York and other NY agencies from releasing any information about Zachery Tim’s cause of death.

This is a very timely report considering the mother of Zachery Tims, Madeline Tims has been in New York putting out restraining orders and lawsuits to keep Tims’ followers around the world from knowing exactly what was the cause of his death. Zachery Tims: Mother Madeline Tims Speak Out But NY Says Public Has Right to Know
New reports are stating the attorney for Zachery Tims’ mother Madeline Tims has spoken out on the legal matter.

Ricardo Oquendo, who represents Madeline Tims in the lawsuit filed Friday, said autopsy and toxicology reports are not public record in New York City and their findings should not be either.
“We are challenging what has never been challenged before, which is the medical examiner’s practice of disclosing manner and cause of death,” Oquendo said. “The cause of death of any person who may be subject to an autopsy or toxicology should not be made public.”

We have some concrete information now that at least tells us the late Pastor Zachery Tim’s mother Madeline must have a good and compelling reason why his cause of death, autopsy and toxicology reports should be held from the public.
Even the NY Medical Examiners and the NYC Law Department state the information should be available to the public. Unless granted by the courts, she will not be able to keep any of the above information private.

Zachery Tims’ Death: Sister of Riva Tims, Rena Jones Says Riva Has Nothing To Do With Mother’s Lawsuit
Apparently, after it was reported about the mother suing NYC to keep Zachery Tims’ death secret, The Orlando Sentinel later got wind of the story and allegedly twisted the facts. We found out after the the news of the mother, The Orlando Sentinel stated Riva Tims and his mother sued NYC which we knew had to be false at that time.
