Deion Sanders is being sued for defrauding investors.  The out-spoken and proud member of Bishop T.D. Jakes church, The Potters House promised to back a publication to encourage young athletes, but misused the investment, but failed to do so.  However, Courthousenews.com does not say he is the only one responsible for this claim.

The claim alleges that about 50 parents paid to have their child included in this book. Plaintiff  Lawrence Smith says that by February 2010, the football magazine  hadn’t been distributed and the basketball issue was never put into publication.
