Missing Girl Phylicia Barnes Found Dead, Case Now Has Arrest in Homicide Case

We are so happy they finally have an arrest in this case. It was heartbreaking to find out last year that the girl’s remains were found in a river. We are praying for healing and some closure soon in this case for the family of Phylicia Barnes.

The Baltimore police have now arrested a man by the name of Michael Johnson in the murder of a Monroe, N.C., 16-year-old Phylicia Barnes. Barnes was murdered when she visited her half-siblings in the area over the Christmas vacation at the time, according to AJC News.
