It’s always nice to hear stories like this. When race plays a major role in how someone’s life was unfairly judged and condemned, its justice systems like this that make us believe in them again.

A condemned killer’s trial was so tainted by the racially influenced decisions of prosecutors that he should be removed from death row and serve a life sentence, a judge ruled Friday in a precedent-setting North Carolina decision.

Malcolm X’s Daughter Malikah Shabazz Jailed for Failure to Pay Restitution in Court Order

News reports have announced Malcolm X’s youngest daughter has been jailed for failing to make good on a promise to pay back the $55,000 she swindled from an elderly Queens woman.

A Queens judge ordered Malikah Shabazz to held Tuesday night after probation officials said she’d failed to make any of the monthly $1,229 restitution payments she agreed to as part of a plea deal.

UPDATE: We received this full report from the Charlottel Observer but apparently some news outlets are stating his name is Keith Devon Pettis and not Kevin Devon Pitts. We have tried contacting the church but no response. We reported the news according to the report. We apologize for any inconvenience.

A former Gastonia pastor has been found guilty of nine criminal counts that include taking indecent liberties with a child and sex offense of a child.

Supporters of Traditional Marriage Rally at North Carolina Capitol

Finally a rally for the traditional married persons between man and woman. This is just what these supporters did. They took their traditions and support to the capitol in North Carolina at Raleigh to rally for keeping marriage traditional.

Around 3,500 Christian conservatives gathered in front of the state general assembly. They are fighting against the bill for legalized gay marriage that may be passed.

Malcolm X’s Daughter Malikah Shabazz Faces Criminal Charges in NY

News reports state on February 22, authorities have extradited Malikah Shabazz, youngest daughter of twins from Malcolm X and mother Dr. Betty Shabazz, from North Carolina to New York for alleged identity theft charges from 2009.

Shabazz, holds a doctorate in Educational Administration and Human Development but is allegedly going to have to stand trial in Queens, NY for charges: grand larceny, stolen property, and criminal possession of forgery items.
