No Comments » August 12th, 2011 AT2W Staff Darin Lee McAllister was indicted in May 2010 by a federal grand jury for wire fraud, bank fraud, and swearing a false oath in bankruptcy.The sentencing was quite different from what many of us expected of months ago according to the news reports.

AT2W UPDATE: Darin Lee McAllister, Former FBI Agent Sentencing
We have received tons of requests to report more information on the Darin McAllister case. We covered the story extensively according to what the authorities and courts would allow us to know about the case from the beginning.
In the news at the start, Darin Lee McAllister, 44, was a special agent for the FBI is now being accused of creating a wire fraud scheme regarding a mortgage company (SunTrust Bank) of over $100,000 line of credit and also giving false statements to obtaining funds to purchase more properties back in 2006. Theses properties were worth over $1 million dollars.

Former FBI Agent Darin McAllister To Be Sentenced March 4th 2011
The COGIC gospel singer Judy McAllister’s husband is in hot water with the Feds.
The Praise and Worship gospel singer and President of the Music Department for the COGIC church, Judith McAllister’s husband Darin Lee McAllister is charged with fraud. Not one count but 19 counts of fraud including the swearing of a false oath according to a U.S. Attorney’s office in E. Tennessee.

As you may know, there was plenty of controversy regarding Regina King and her statement in mid 2010 about how she encouraged her black female friends to date ‘outside of the race.’
Many people went against her and many were for her. So we wonder what people will think when they hear what’s allegedly next on her agenda.

Darin McAllister’s sentencing is set for March 4, 2011.
According to the courts, Mr. McAllister committed a wire fraud scheme to defraud SunTrust Mortgage Inc. in connection with the buy rental properties totaling $1.25 million in May and July 2006. They say he also devised a scheme to defraud SunTrust Bank in connection with a $100,000 line of credit and making three false statements in connection with his subsequent bankruptcy petition in July 2009.

Though he is on his way to prison to serve 11-months, he has more trouble he must face.
Earlier this week, a man named Carl D. Davis has filed suit against T.I. in the United States District Court for the Southern Division of Alabama. He claims T.I. canceled appearances at a Welcome Home concert that cost him $340,000.

One of the most controversial and erotic magazines to be published was Penthouse founded by Bob Guccione in 1965. Well, the founder has passed away. He died at a Plano, Texas hospital after battling lung cancer for years.
Guccione was not only a heavy hitting tycoon of his major money making Penthouse magaazine but he collected great art and was an artist himself with works displayed in the Nassau County Musuem of Art in New York.
Penthouse earned Bob Guccione a hefty $4 billion dollars at its highest and was featured in Forbes 400 ranking in 1982 for $400 million.
October 16th, 2010 AT2W Staff Rapper T.I. face a court Friday to find out if he would lose his probation and or serve time in prison for a felony drug possession this summer. The judge had not leniency for him. He is to serve 11 months in prison and will have to turn himself in in 2 weeks.

If you were listening to radio news earlier Wednesday, you would have heard the news about a young male planning to jump a high rise building were many news stations are housed.
T.I heard about the news over the radio waves and called the Ryan Cameron’s Radio Show on V103 in the same building to see if he could help out.
