Oprah’s Next Chapter Features Rapper 50 Cent and Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris Jackson

Though the OWN Network is struggling in the ratings department, Oprah Winfrey is doing one of her more popular show interviews on Oprah’s Next Chapter, with Curtis Jackson aka Rapper 50 Cent at his grandmother’s home in New York City.

The show will be aired this Sunday on the OWN Network.

Here are 5 things she learned from rapper ‘Fiddy’:

Was Bishop Thomas Weeks III Right About Juanita Bynum Being a Femme Fatale?

We have found that this reminds of a news interview that her ex-husband Bishop Thomas Weeks III said about her. We wish we had a clip of the interview from the time when he was speaking out about his alleged physical abuse on Juanita Bynum several years ago.

The Benefits of Longevity: How to Keep Your Body Fit and Young

how_to_stay_fit_and_youngMany people always ponder on their earlier days as a youth, but fail to realize that age is just another number and they could very well look the way the did when they were younger, only if they work at it.  Many men and women think that saying, ‘age is just another number‘, is a myth, but it is true.  You are as young as you feel.  When Jamie Lee Curtis was on the Oprah Winfrey show, Oprah asked her, “how do you stay so young looking?”, she then answered, “oh I feel young and I believe, age is just another number.”   She was right, each year when you have a birthday, it is a blessed year and only a higher number; therefore, if you live your life based on your age, you will most likely feel and look it.  You must make a decision to live your life based on what and how you feel about yourself and just be grateful you are alive.  Believe or not, there was actually a time when it was popular to be older, then centuries later, it changed, it became popular to be young.  The question is, do you feel like you have to live your life based on popularity? If so, then it would be impossible for you to learn how to keep your body fit and to remain young, because your thoughts are responsible for the way you feel about yourself.  When you control your mindset, regardless of how the way the rest of our society views age, then you can train your body to remain fit and young.    Because the majority of people within our society are guilty of “Ageism (hatred and prejudice against older people)“, then this why there are a lot of people dying early.  For centuries, the thoughts of mankind have changed and disrespected older generations so much, people fear growing old.  The fear of growing old comes from how we treat ourselves.  For example, on the released tapes revealing Michael Jackson’s in depth secrets, he told his friend, Rabbi Shmuley Boteach he thought is was ugly to get old and he was afraid of aging.  Michael Jackson allowed his thoughts to rule how he felt about himself.  It may have been because of majority society’s ageism or it may have just been what he thought about age, either way, Michael had the power to control his thoughts.  One important thing to remember about growing old, the beauty in getting older is how we conquer negative thoughts and one of those thoughts is the fear of growing old.  Most likely, Michael Jackson would have been here, if he had chose to beautifully grow old and thought of it as beautiful and not ugly.  It is spiritually offensive to judge our years as ugly and when you do, naturally it will affect your body.  I do not care how much you exercise, eat right or take vitamins, you must choose positive thoughts about yourself as you grow older, gracefully.
