Atlanta Mega Minister Attends Celebrity Wedding of Singer Monica and NBA’s Shannon Brown

We received this photo below and wasn’t really shocked by who attended R&B singer Monica and her husband NBA star Shannon Brown’s wedding. We saw Bishop Paul Morton standing to the side of the wedding couple. We do know Monica grew up in nearby Atlanta town, College Park, Ga and Bishop Paul Morton could have known Monica for some time. We did not receive info whether Bishop Paul Morton officiated it or not but as a man of the cloth he is rubbing elbows with the super rich and famous.

We had a staff member watch the sermon of Bishop Long’s church New Birth on last Sunday. We didn’t think much of it when Bishop Long stated Apostle Raul Avila disagreed with Long’s daughter Taylor going to a public university. But in the wake of his daughter not being permitted to march at her high school graduation, we thought it had some significance.

Georgia Mother Finds Her Baby Locked Inside Closed Day Care Alone

A childcare center is under investigation after allegedly leaving an 8 month old baby in a crib when the staff left for the day. The Cobb County center near Atlanta. Investigators say the infant’s mother Lakristy Rogers was driving up the street to pick up her child about 10 minutes before closing. Rogers told Officer Mike Bowman with Cobb County police, she drove by the center’s owner but assumed other staff members would be there when she arrived.

T.I. Being Sued for Non Concert Attendance

T.I. is not having it good these days. Though he is on his way to prison to serve 11-months, he has more trouble he must face.

Earlier this week, a man named Carl D. Davis has filed suit against T.I. in the United States District Court for the Southern Division of Alabama. He claims T.I. canceled appearances at a Welcome Home concert that cost him $340,000.

T.I. Loses Probation, Now Will Serve 11 months in Prison

Rapper T.I. face a court Friday to find out if he would lose his probation and or serve time in prison for a felony drug possession this summer. The judge had not leniency for him. He is to serve 11 months in prison and will have to turn himself in in 2 weeks.
