Mercy Ministries Exposed: The Dangers Of Christian Mental Health Counseling
No matter how many times we try to spread the word about mental illness, there still seems to be a lack of understanding. Especially among church people. Why don’t these ignorant church folks understand that, YOU CANNOT PRAY AWAY MENTAL ILLNESSES! Mental illness should be taken seriously. Mental health counseling isn’t just a field that you can jump and hop into. So why are there an enormous amount of uneducated Christian folks without degrees practicing mental health?
Is Borrowing from Payday Loans a Sin according to the church?
When was the last time you borrowed money? Were you convicted when you asked to borrow money from these corporate companies? I mean, the Bible does say that we are lenders not borrowers, but does that disqualify us to borrow when needed? Well, some Christians in 30 states from Alabama to Wyoming say it’s a sin to lend money to someone who can’t afford to pay it back. Most want the government to protect consumers from loans with excessive interest, although one in six Christians has taken out such a loan. And more say…
The Holy Bible: Top Most Challenged Book, Reports Say
Last year, the American Library Association (ALA) fielded 275 formal challenges to materials in schools and libraries. Making the top 10 list of challenges for the first time: the Bible. The reason: “religious viewpoint”. The ideological grounds for the religious book’s appearance on the 2015 Most Challenged List likely doesn’t tell the whole story, says James LaRue, who directs the ALA’s Office for Intellectual Freedom (OIF).
“You have people who feel that if a school library buys a copy of the Bible, it’s a violation of church and state,”
How The Church Mistaken the “Anointing Vs. Talent” of Pastors and Gospel Artists

Isn’t it amazing how some gospel artists can ‘move us’ in the spirit? They stir up some feeling or emotion in us that equates in our minds as the anointing of God. How about our a sermon from a pastor?
He can move our spirits and warm our hearts in a way that surely is the anointing of God.
But what would you say if it wasn’t the anointing but more like talent?
Though Daryl Coley has straddled the fence of traditional gospel music and R&B, he has proven throughout the years to still be about using God’s gift. We know that Daryl Coley discovered Kirk Franklin and this was the start of hip hop gospel. He’s tried to adapt to the new age gospel trends, but his audience has shown to truly only love his songs from more ‘church felt’ melodies.

The Grid – Dealing With Apostasy, Carnality, Luke Warmness In the Church [Part 2]
1. WILL IT BENEFIT ME SPIRITUALLY?
All things are lawful, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful, but not all things edify. (1 Cor. 10:23) A “profitable” thing is useful, helpful, or to your advantage to do; and the idea behind “edify” is to build up spiritually. So based on this verse, ask yourself, “Will doing this enhance my spiritual life? Will it cultivate godliness? Will it build me up spiritually?” If not, you should seriously question whether that behavior is the best choice.

I want to thank those that responded to the post titled ONE WORLD MUSIC. There were many that agreed with what was written, while there were others that didn’t. That’s fine. I don’t claim to know it all, but I do know one thing for certain… GOD HAS A POSITION! God does have a side! So there has to be a right side, AND a wrong side to be on. God certainly isn’t into relativism, nor does He change because His creation feels they’ve become more enlightened. GOD HAS ABSOLUTES THAT DON’T CHANGE! In other words, He doesn’t allow us to play that game of, well, what’s true for you is true for you, and what’s true for me, is true for me. SOMEBODY’S TRUTH IS A LIE!
