People are not fighting incurable diseases, because they are not eating the right foods. You have to eat right in order to properly function on a day to day basis. If you are one of those people who are eating junk and fast food on a daily basis, then no reason you do not feel good. Your immune system is no doubt weak and you could be at risk for deadly diseases you cannot avoid. You have to eat right, if you want to live longer. If you notice, people are dying much earlier than years ago. People have become accustomed to wasting money on fast food, rather than taking their time to eat a healthy meal. The reason why people lived much longer, years ago is simply because of diet. Centuries ago, people ate natural food, this was when processed food pact with salt and sugar was unheard of. When inventors started making instant foods in their factories, people started trying it and like the taste. The importance of vegetables was not the culture in the average American family. If someone saw someone eating a bag of potato chips, instead of eating a piece of fruit or salad, they began to imitate what looked good to them and this has been decades. Unfortunately, the statistics on diabetes, osteoporosis, breast cancer, prostate cancer and other sorts of illnesses have not been enough to stop people from eating unhealthy food. Centuries ago, it was natural foods grown out of the ground that kept people healthy and enjoying longer days. Believe it or not, if you prepare your health food the right way, it will taste good. A lot of junk food you eat may taste good, but while you are enjoying the taste, you are killing yourself.

Many people always ponder on their earlier days as a youth, but fail to realize that age is just another number and they could very well look the way the did when they were younger, only if they work at it. Many men and women think that saying, ‘age is just another number‘, is a myth, but it is true. You are as young as you feel. When Jamie Lee Curtis was on the Oprah Winfrey show, Oprah asked her, “how do you stay so young looking?”, she then answered, “oh I feel young and I believe, age is just another number.” She was right, each year when you have a birthday, it is a blessed year and only a higher number; therefore, if you live your life based on your age, you will most likely feel and look it. You must make a decision to live your life based on what and how you feel about yourself and just be grateful you are alive. Believe or not, there was actually a time when it was popular to be older, then centuries later, it changed, it became popular to be young. The question is, do you feel like you have to live your life based on popularity? If so, then it would be impossible for you to learn how to keep your body fit and to remain young, because your thoughts are responsible for the way you feel about yourself. When you control your mindset, regardless of how the way the rest of our society views age, then you can train your body to remain fit and young. Because the majority of people within our society are guilty of “Ageism (hatred and prejudice against older people)“, then this why there are a lot of people dying early. For centuries, the thoughts of mankind have changed and disrespected older generations so much, people fear growing old. The fear of growing old comes from how we treat ourselves. For example, on the released tapes revealing Michael Jackson’s in depth secrets, he told his friend, Rabbi Shmuley Boteach he thought is was ugly to get old and he was afraid of aging. Michael Jackson allowed his thoughts to rule how he felt about himself. It may have been because of majority society’s ageism or it may have just been what he thought about age, either way, Michael had the power to control his thoughts. One important thing to remember about growing old, the beauty in getting older is how we conquer negative thoughts and one of those thoughts is the fear of growing old. Most likely, Michael Jackson would have been here, if he had chose to beautifully grow old and thought of it as beautiful and not ugly. It is spiritually offensive to judge our years as ugly and when you do, naturally it will affect your body. I do not care how much you exercise, eat right or take vitamins, you must choose positive thoughts about yourself as you grow older, gracefully.
