Video: Death Sentence in Connecticut Home Invasion: What Would Cause Joshua Komisarjevsky To Kill, Rape and Molest Human Beings?

]Joshua Komisarjevsky has been sentenced to death for allegedly murdering a mother and her two daughters.  According to CNN, Komisarjevsky’s accomplice, Steven Hayes forced Jennifer Hawke-Petit, her to go to a bank and withdraw $15,000 from an account after finding evidence that the account held between $20,000 and $30,000.   Steven Hayes was sentenced to death in 2010.  Jennifer’s husband, Dr. William Petit Jr. managed to escape where he had been held hostage.  Both killers raped and strangled his wife, molested one of their daughters.   One may wonder, what would cause Komisarjevsky and his accomplice to commit such a crime and harm this family?

Because some people refuse to submit to God, Satan controls them to do evil.   Either we choose to serve God and if we are not serving God, then automatically we are handed over to the Devil.  Therefore, these two convicted murderers did not choose God and there are many others on their way to fulfill a job for Satan.  Therefore, it pays to be saved, so God can command his angels to protect His children in such a wicked world.   If men, women, boys and girls refuse to commit to God and follow his complete commandments, then no wonder we have so much evil on earth.   God can still save these two death row…Read full article, here.

Judge Vacates Conviction in 31-Year-Old Rape Case: Ricky Dale Wyatt Is a Free Man

Ricky Dale Wyatt is a free man, after 31 years.  This is nothing but God’s doing, another free man who was wrongly convicted.  Every since DNA has been in existence, God has freed many prisoners.  What does this tell us?  Many of them were falsely accused, possibly because of their race.  There has been nothing but African American men whom were freed in recent years, all because of DNA, a miraculous evident resolution to prove a man or woman’s innocence.  Also, thank God for the Innocence Project, because they have freed many innocent prisoners whom were facing life sentences, possibly more, and some, the death penalty.

Death Row Inmate Duane Buck’s Appeal was Denied by Supreme Court

Read report here:

The Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal from a Texas death row inmate who won a last-minute reprieve from the high court in September.

The justices on Monday turned away the appeal of Duane Buck, who wanted them to consider whether race played an improper role in his sentencing.

Buck, who is black, was sentenced to death for the fatal shootings of his ex-girlfriend and a man in her apartment in July 1995. His attorneys contend Buck deserves a new sentencing hearing because of a psychologist’s testimony that black people were more likely to commit violence.

Troy Davis: This World Can Execute the Body But Not the Soul

We wanted to speak on the execution of Troy Davis and all death row inmates who are awaiting execution.

We have mentioned in previous posts that we do not believe in the death penalty. We do not care if it is Charles Manson; man should not KILL another man for alleged crimes he may have committed. Furthermore, if the man is truly an innocent man, then what shall become of our justice system when he is executed in vain?

Vigils outside Georgia’s death chamber were set and protests were planned. Davis’ attorneys said he was willing to take a polygraph test if the pardons board would consider its results.

Davis’ lawyers also drew up a late appeal asking a local judge to block the execution over evidence they object to. Defense attorney Brian Kammer told The Associated Press he would file the appeal in Superior Court in Butts County, home of the state’s death row, when it opens later Wednesday. The motion argues that ballistic testing that linked Davis to the shooting was flawed.
