Cracker Barrel Racist Troy West Released Early on Beating Charges

Troy Dale West, a white man, who beat and yelled racial slurs at a black female Army reservist Tasha Hill in September of 2009 was released early. Troy Dale West was to spend a minute sentence of only six months which had started in October this year.

Sherriff Tompkins of Worth County says West served 45 days and was released on Dec. 3rd this month. He had 4 1/2 months remaining of the 6 months sentence.

Troy West could have spend up to 44 years in prison for the beating of Tasha Hill in a Cracker Barrel restaurant outside of Atlanta in 2009 but West took a plea deal.

Troy West Will Serve Only 6 months in Cracker Barrel Beating

Troy Hill gets 6 months for beating Tasha Hill- Cracker Barrel

The verdict came in yesterday for the Cracker Barrel case of Troy Dale West and his beating of Tasha Hill last year. West, a white man will only serve 6 months for prison for beating a Hill, a black female Army reservist while he yelled racial slurs to her in a Cracker Barrel restaurant.

Fox News Atlanta reported, West would have faced more than 44 years if he were convicted of the 3 felony charges for the beating of Tasha Hill in September 2009. Unfortunately, the charges were reduced to misdemeanors according to a deal he made. He plead guilty for a plea deal but he stated he didn’t think he did anything wrong.

How do Bi-racial Couples Deal With Racial Issues Against Their Black Spouse?

On this blog, we have a division for the African American genre, so we like to allow our journalists to discuss matters that affect the black community, as well as various other racial communities. There is a hypocrisy going on among debaters who boast that this new generation are dating various races, but recently, there has been a statistic that reveals racism on the rise while the Republican party is opposing views of President Barack Obama. Just last year, a white man, Troy Dale West, Jr. was incarcerated for a hate crime against a black woman; he beat and kicked Tashawnea Hill while shouting racial slurs as she and her 7-year-old daughter was leaving out of a Cracker Barrel in Morrow, Georgia. An African American Woman Beat By a White Man at Cracker Barrel Restuarant

In the area of Atlanta, Georgia, an army veteran by the name of Tashawnea Hill and her little girl was leaving the Cracker Barrel restaurant when a (white) man beat her in front of her then 7-year-old daughter. Troy Dale West, Jr. was supposedly banned from Cracker Barrel restaurant for life, because he is accused of beating and kicking Tashawnea Hill in the head while shouting racial slurs, the ‘N’ word, profanity and sexist comments. The incident happened at a Crackel Barrel in Morrow, Georgia. This particular case is being investigated by the FBI.
