Sean Bell Gets Justice Now That Cops Who Killed Him Have Been Fired from NYPD?
We are not really sure if justice was served in this case. Though Bell ran from the scene and was legally drunk, this should not have alerted cops to shoot at him 50 times. Even a dog doesn’t need 50 gunshot wounds to stop him. The NYPD was reckless and ruthless in this case. There was no sense of real protocol used in this instance. Instead, they acted as though they were in a Rambo movie and out to kill anything moving.
