Earth, Wind and Fire’s Maurice White Faces Royalties Lawsuit for Non Payment to Deceased Producer
The ever popular 1970′s R&B group Earth, Wind & Fire’s founder Maurice White has been hit with a lawsuit. The suit is allegedly for failing to pay profits to the group’s late music producer.

Relatives of Charles Stepney have accused White of withholding royalties from the celebrated arranger between 1974 and 1976, the year of his death.
