If you are old enough to recall the 1980′s, you can remember those were the very active years among African Americans whom were not afraid to speak out against racial discrimination. However, it seems since many African Americans have arrived to blend into diversity, many of them have forgotten about the struggles during the civil rights movement and when Rev. Al Sharpton was extremely active leading marches against racial discrimination during the 1980′s. Now, since there has been so much diversity and many African Americans have intermarried with other races and bore bi-racial children, they seem to have neglected considering the causes of those whom have experienced racial discrimination. Furthermore, it seems like many African Americans have been so free, because so often many have stated racism is a problem that is behind us, they have also cease biblical laws against sin. Many now fight for the rights of homosexuality and have no consideration to unite to combat racial discrimination like in this recent case of the Trayvon Martin murder. They have became united with those whom are enemies of God and His biblical commandments. God seems to be trying to get attention of the race of black people as though He is trying to tell them not to forget who He is, slavery He saved them from and not to turn their backs on their own race whom are willing to peacefully unite. These tragedies just do not occur for no reason, there is always a spiritual message and lesson to learn from God. It is time for African Americans to seek Him.
