Just for all of the ignorant people like those of the Westboro Church who are judging the life of Whitney Houston, making false claims that she sang sinful songs, Whitney Houston did not sang sinful songs. Love songs, meant between a man and woman are not sinful. Also, Whitney Houston did not just sang love songs, she also sang gospel songs, although she was not a gospel music artist. All of these ignorant people whom are judging God’s given queen in the history of love ballads and gospel songs, she get there facts straight. You can also look compare Whitney Houston to Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Madonna, Cindy Lauper, Prince or any other alleged wild artist and see the difference. Whitney Houston was a decent music artist who was known for singing more love ballads than pop songs and in her dedicated moments to God, she sang gospel songs.

Soul Singer Aretha Franklin Announces her Engagement to Longtime Friend

Aretha Franklin has announced she’s engaged to her longtime friend. The Associated Press spoke with she and Mr Wilkerson and they are considering Miami Beach, Florida, as a possible location for the wedding, followed by a reception on a private yacht.

“We’re looking at June or July for our date, and no, I’m not pregnant, LOL!,” she said in a statement.

We are very happy for Aretha. She deserves this. We wish her well and their new life together.

Vesta Williams Cause of Death Released

A report from Eurweb received exclusive information about Vesta Williams’ cause of death. Singer Norwood Young was told by members of the singer’s family that she passed away from complications of an enlarged heart.

Eurweb stated the Williams family was given the autopsy report a “day or two ago” according to Young.

“Although it’s a sad situation overall, it’s great news to find that Vesta’s death, as I said from the very beginning, was not drug related,” Young , who was a good friend of the R&B singer, told EUR’s Lee Bailey. “Vesta did indeed die from an enlarged heart. As we know, an enlarged heart can remain undetected in the body for many, many years.”

Nicki Minaj Tweets John 3:16 to Fans on Christmas Day?

This is pretty interesting that someone who models herself as a raunchy and explicit female rapper would try and connect with Jesus and the true meaning of Christmas. Nicki Minaj tweeted to her fans about Jesus Christ on the holiday, reported from Christmas Post.

She tweeted the John 3:16 scripture to her eight million followers on Christmas.

“For God so loved the world, he gave his only begotten son; that whosoever believeth in him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life,” Minaj tweeted. “Merry Christmas & God bless you all!”

R&B Singer Fantasia Delivers a Baby Boy in Time For Christmas

Fantasia Barrino got an early Christmas gift as she has just delivered her son!

Vibe.com reports that Fantasia has delivered her son with boyfriend Antwaun Cook on Monday.

According to RadarOnline.com, Fantasia was admitted to Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte yesterday around 1:30 p.m.

The baby has arrived more than two weeks ahead of schedule. Fantasia’s original due date was December 29.

When we heard the buzz about this young girl Rachel Crow, we thought we’d check it out.

There’s nothing wrong with pursuing the arts but for young people like this to hang their hopes on winning and be literally shocked by the let down, proves her family needs to help her realize this music business is a cruel and ugly thing.

We just saw the video to Willow Smith’s new song “Fireball”. Its really safe to say that Willow Smith is no longer an innocent little girl. While she’s recording on a grown up label, dancing like a grown woman and modeling after an over exposed woman like Niki Minaj, she is abandoning what’s left of her childhood. It’s really a shame how she’s really being used as a money making mechanism in this video.

Rapper DMX Performs Gospel Song on Dr. Drew Life Changers Show?

Thanks to C.W. for a tip on this one! This is actually pretty sickening to see. Now that rapper DMX has been released from prison, he apparently has a change of mind and a change of heart. He performs a song called “Keep You Head Up”. At first we thought it was just a spin off the late rapper Tupac’s song but he has actually rapping about God. To be more accurate, he’s taken the 1970′s song, “Keep You Head to the Sky” by Earth, Wind and Fire and turned it into a gospel rap song. DMX did something similar to Mary Mary on the Black Girls Rock! show this month- turning EWF’s secular song and twisting it along with another gospel song.
