35 Educators Indicted in Atlanta School Cheating Scandal Plead Not Guilty
All 35 of the Atlanta educators indicted in the school district’s cheating scandal, have made their point to fight the charges against them.

Iyanla Vanzant: Love Her or Lump Her but Don’t Undermind Her Positive Work
There are so many shows on television and cable that don’t do much for our well-being or enhance our intellect but there is one show we think can help many people.
On Oprah’s OWN network, we’ve been blessed with a show called “Iyanla Vanzant’s Fix My Life”. Now, some people may not see it that way but she’s doing her job. Her show is not about making excuses and remaining the same after you are on her show or after we watched an episode. She is in business to help us look within and deal with our issues head on without making excuses.

Mo’Nique Loses More Weight and Down 45lbs!
It’s always nice to see someone get to a healthy weight. There was a time years ago when Mo’Nique embraced her big girl look and did comedy shows and wrote a book about it too. She seemed to market that look and was proud of it. Unfortunately, being a ‘big girl’ is not the most healthy way to live and we think Mo’Nique is very happy with her new look now. She’s been working on her image now for a few years and she’s trying to get down to 180 lbs. She’s recently lost 45 lbs.

Oakland’s Oscar Grant Story ‘Fruitvale’ Coming to Theaters July 12 [VIDEO]
Actor Michael B. Jordan in “Fruitvale” as Oscar Grant, the 22-year-old Bay Area man whose fatal 2009 shooting by Oakland BART police sparked outrage and protests against police brutality, reports stated.
The film ‘Fruitvale’ is co-produced by Forest Whitaker and scheduled for a July 12 release in theaters.
Actress Octavia Spencer stars as Grant’s mother and Kevin Durand and Chad Michael Murray play the two BART police officers involved in Oscar Grant’s death.

We are appalled at the death of Malcolm X’s grandson Malcolm Shabazz. This family has been riddled with so much scandal, heartache and tragedy. It’s just a shame that this young man is now dead over a bar bill, reports say. It was bad enough that he spent time in prison for starting a fire at his grandmother’s home and she’s dead as a result to it.
