TBN’s New President Jan Crouch Makes Program Changes That Ruffles Some Feathers

Since the death of televangelist Paul Crouch Sr, his wife Jan Crouch became president of Trinity Broadcasting Network. Well, not just that but she has begun to change the programming of the TBN network.

The founder of Endtime Ministries and host of the program End of the Age, Irvin Baxter, published the following announcement after been giving the axe:

You probably have heard by now about the passing of Paul Crouch, founder and President of TBN. Paul believed strongly in Endtime Ministries and was a great friend of our program. With his departure, his wife Jan has assumed the management of TBN. I have never met Jan but apparently she does not have a strong interest in Bible prophecy. As a result, our program, as well as several other prophecy programs on TBN, has been discontinued. Wednesday, January 15th was our last time to air.

Now, even The Prophetic News blog reported on their removal of another TBN personality:

About a week ago I got word that some good people who were an essential part of TBN, namely Betty Jean Robinson and someone I don’t want to name publicly because they will announce it themselves, were removed from TBN programming – at the hands of Jan Crouch.

Here’s an update from Love Worth Finding, the ministry and TV program of deceased pastor Adrian Rogers, has also been removed from the TV network:

Friends of LWF… we were recently notified that after January 19, TBN will no longer air the Love Worth Finding television program. However, we have received notice that several stations have already replaced the LWF program.

So as you can see, several ministries and programs have been removed, released and replaced by TBN’s new President Jan Crouch.
