Police seek suspect accused of stealing from elderly woman: Black women, ‘thou shall not steal’

Allegedly, Katherine Allen Carter, 54 stole thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from an elderly woman.

Carter was supposed to be caring for the lady and thought she was so slick to get away with it, but police discovered she pawned most of the jewelry.  Although some has been recovered….Read full article, here.
