Celebrity News: Falcons Running Back Michael Turner charged with DUI, speeding

Atlanta Falcons Running Back, Michael Turner has been arrested and charged with DUI and speeding almost 100 miles per hour.  When police stopped Turner, he could smell alcohol coming from him.
