St. Petersburg Church Media Director Arrested For Luring Kids Online for Foot Fetish

The St. Petersburg man reportedly placed 17 ads over three years on Craig’s list in search of ripe ladies foot-ware to satisfy his foot fetish. The ads, that mostly say he wants to smell the feet of women, include one that allegedly ran in March that said: ”Seeking to worship sneakers.”

Report says:

As a 13-year-old, Raymond Roland Collette allegedly plotted for two years to steal a girl’s sneakers, according to his psychiatrist’s 1985 report to police. It seems there were other girls back then who reported their footwear disappearing. According to his psychiatrist, young Collette put rusty nails in one girl’s sneaker, placed it on her lawn and told her where it was in a phone call.
