To follow what the author is stating in this book, we must first know what the word ‘dated’ means in regards to the content.

3. Anachronistic; being obviously inappropriate for its present context.

The author Rev. Sylvia Copeland-Murphy is an inspiration and speaks exactly on what we need in today’s church. This book has come at a timely moment. It is truthful and supports many of the claims we have made about the carnality of the church and how mixing it with any spirituality is ineffective and dangerous. We, as the Body of Christ, should be very aware of how Satan has slivered into the church and made almost everything wrong- right! Unfortunately, it is our belief that he has done so in such an effective way, because our society is becoming more accepting of so many sinful things in the name of ‘showing love’ to everyone. We also believe that we, as Christians, sometimes do not deal with the truth in our own lives, so we allow the modern day secular to mix with the spiritual church and claim it’s godly.

We recommend this book to anyone who dares to know the truth and start anew for a real life for Jesus Christ.
