Pastor Marvin Winans Had Arrest Warrant Issued on Him When Carjacked

This is just a shame! A prominent pastor and longtime gospel singer like Marvin Winans allegedly has not been taking care of his business. According to the Detroit News, the good pastor was a wanted man. Marvin Winans actually had an active warrant out for his arrest when he was carjacked.

While many Detroit news stations were being prideful and boastful when they covered the news on this well known singer and pastor, they now have to report that their ‘man’ wasn’t so upstanding.

News reports also stated:

Marvin reportedly lost his driving privileges on May 9th after failing to pay 2 tickets issued back in December … one for impeding traffic and the other from a previous driving on a suspended license incident.

After missing his court date, a judge issued a warrant for Marvin’s arrest on March 15 — two months before Winans was carjacked at a Detroit gas station.

We know we sound a bit negative, but Pastor Marvin Winans has not been the best role model lately. He only wanted to speak out against fatherless sons because he was carjacked and even complained that he couldn’t believe no one came to his aide. We wish he’d come back to reality and see that people in Detroit and all over the U.S. get robbed and carjacked on a daily basis. He’s no exception and being a pastor obviously did not make much of a difference.

Also, according to DetroitNews.com, Winans has been ticketed 11 times since 2009.

BTW, some members of Winans’ church think were too harsh on the pastor in our past posts but really the proof is in the pudding. We discern spirits and felt something wasn’t right in this case.
