Metro Atlanta Area Cop Jerad Wheeler Now Investigated for Kicking Pregnant Woman’s Stomach

This piece of trash they call and allowed to be a police officer needs to be put under the jail. Allegedly, he has not been punished for his evil doing. We wonder why that is?

A police officer from Dekalb County, Ga. with a history of violent conduct kicked a heavily pregnant woman in the stomach in a recent incident that the officer’s superiors described as within department policy. The incident occurred when officer Jerad Wheeler was called to the pregnant woman’s home to settle a dispute involving the woman’s brother and his partner. When her brother began arguing with the officer, nine month pregnant Raven Dozier said that Wheeler pulled out a taser and used it on him. When Miss Dozier started crying and asking the officer why he was resorting to such actions, Wheeler kicked her in the stomach, arrested her and charged her with obstruction of a police officer. Thankfully, the child was not affected and was born healthy via an emergency C-section two weeks after the incident. The charges against Dozier were dropped. “What kind of a human being kicks a pregnant woman?” said Dozier’s attorney Mark Bullman. “I mean, forget whether or not it is a police officer that is supposedly protecting people.” In his incident report Wheeler claimed that he could not tell that Dozier was pregnant and that he kicked her out of self defense because she was acting aggressively. Wheeler described the kick as “a front push kick to the abdomen, as he was taught to do at the academy.

UPDATE:  News reports state now that Officer Jerad Wheeler is now being investigated after kicking a pregnant woman in the stomach.

There were no charges filed against Officer Wheeler for kicking Raven Dozier in the abdomen and according to the Dekalb County Police Department, they say Officer Wheeler was in the right.

Raven Dozier is demanding justice.

“I think he really just didn’t want me asking him any questions, questioning him, and when I did question him is when he kicked me,” Dozier tells the station.

A police report was filed because officers charged Ms. Dozier for obstruction during the altercation. Prosecutors have since dropped the charge.

WSBTV reported that:

Officer Wheeler is under a criminal probe for the incident. When Ms. Dozier initially filed a complaint, however, the police department dismissed her allegations, refused an investigation and OK’d the officer’s actions. At least four supervisors and an internal affairs detective subsequently approved of Wheeler’s actions and agreed that the attack was within the department’s use of force policy.

The officer’s past reveals why he has such a temper and hate towards civilians. His past includes events from only the last few months.

In September, a 53-year old woman said the officer twisted her arm and slammed her into a cop car for seemingly no reason. This January, Wheeler responded to a 911 call by arriving at the wrong address, then shooting a leashed dog that was inside the incorrect home’s garage. He was exonerated of both crimes.

As you can see, they are allowing this scum of a cop to get away with total violence toward people. Ultimately, the Dekalb County Police Department will pay dearly for their disregard to mankind through Wheeler.
