Former Personal Assistant of Lady Gaga Sues for Unpaid Overtime Wages
According to CNN, Lady Gaga‘s ex-assistant Jennifer O’Neill is suingher for nearly $380,000. The amount would cover payment for the 7,168 hours of unpaid overtime O’Neill alleges to have accumulated in years 2009 and 2010.
According to the lawsuit she filed December 14, O’Neill claims Monster Monster was, well, something of a goblin queen while on her Monster’s Ball tour, often requiring her assistant to work without breaks for meals or adequate sleep, etc.
Lady Gaga’s representatives says O’Neill’s “lawsuit is completely without merit.”
O’Neill also accuses Gaga of treating her like a slave by telling her to ‘fetch’ things for the singer.
What did she expect? There is not much that will go smoothly when you work for a deranged Satan worshiper.
