Fantasia Should Thank God: Judge Finds Her Claims Were True
Fantasia has found victory in the divorce case of involvement with married boyfriend Antwaun Cook and wife Paula Cook. The judge over the case has found that though Fantasia was impregnated by boyfriend Cook, he and his wife were in fact separated when he and Fantasia had their relationship.
What this means is Antwaun Cook has won his case against his ex-wife Paula Cook in the court proceedings. The court has found the two were separated on September 14, 2009 and not June, 2010, as Paula Cook had claimed. Ex-wife Paula had claimed that Fantasia knew he was married and went along with the relationship knowing this. The court has found this to be untrue.
So this means Paula Cook CAN NOT sue Fantasia for North Carolina’s “Alienation of Affection”
We just hope that she and others will realize that a married man is still married until he can show you the divorce papers! Its not worth all of the drama and heartache over a man that wants to have his cake and eat it too! Plus, Fantasia was his ticket to living like the rich and famous. We hope she knows that. I’m sure she is somewhere shouting or on her knees thanking God for his mercy!
If you remember, Fantasia has been through a series of ups and downs in her short 6 year career since winning on the American Idol. She was being sued by her father over the biographical book she wrote about her life, which we dropped. She had a tumor on her throat and it interrupted her showings on Oprah’s stage play: “Color Purple”, which God healed her from. She was being sued and almost lost both of her homes due to a corrupt management company that didn’t pay her bills for her, which God worked out for her. She was all over the news about being an alleged ‘homewrecker’ with Antwaun Cook that contributed to her breakdown and failed suicide attempt, which God spared her life once again. God has been watching over Fantasia and its time she truly shows her appreciation to Him.
We truly pray for her and hope that this will be her chance to really re-evaluate her life and set a better example for her family and fans.
