Gospel Singer Judith McAllister’s Husband Fraudulent FBI Agent?
The COGIC gospel singer Judy McAllister’s husband is in hot water with the Feds.
The Praise and Worship gospel singer and President of the Music Department for the COGIC church, Judith McAllister’s husband Darin Lee McAllister is charged with fraud. Not one count but 19 counts of fraud including the swearing of a false oath according to a U.S. Attorney’s office in E. Tennessee.
Darin Lee McAllister, 44, was a special agent for the FBI is now being accused of creating a wire fraud scheme regarding a mortgage company (SunTrust Bank) of over $100,000 line of credit and also giving false statements to obtaining funds to purchase more properties back in 2006. Theses properties were worth over $1 million dollars.
To think, Darin McAllister could be involved in something like this is unbelievable. No one would expect an FBI agent to do things in such disregard to his titled position? We don’t know.
In fact, all of this came to surface in a 2009 bankruptcy hearing where he allegedly lied about his assets, earnings and net worth. He allegedly claimed or falsely represented himself as the President of his wife Judy’s recording and music projects for Judah Music and DOJ Productions. (BTW, her website to Judah Music is closed down at this time). The truth is: Judith Christie McAllister is the Founder and President of Judah Music. Darin is only listed as executive producer for 3 concerts on film for his wife Judy. The charges claim that he committed fraud against mortgage companies, bankruptcy court, and others but did he defraud his wife?
Apparently, Darin McAllister is being allowed to turn himself in and will be faced with 19 counts of fraud 345 years of prison time along with a fine of over $6.5 million dollars in fines.

Did she have some inkling that her husband may have been involved in some fraudulent activities? We don’t know how much an FBI agent makes but millions of dollars were invested. Did she know something? We don’t know. There is one thing we do realize: this circumstance has potential harm on her career and all she’s worked hard for.
We know Judith makes recording gospel music and very known for her work in Los Angeles with Bishop Blake and the West Angeles Church ( formally known as West Angeles COGIC). She has a lot of notoriety all over the world, in the black church and in praise and worship (gospel music). Now her website is down due to all of this issue.

first i think judith would never do anything like this. she makes her own cds and sale alot of them and not only that, i lived by her but she move away when her husband got the job.

Wow! There was some strong statements and questions in this article. But what we have to realize is that God has the final say. He who has not sinned let him cast the first stone. All have sinned and a lot of us just didn’t get caught in our big stuff. So lets just pray for him and his family and pray for God’s mercy and grace. Because God had mercy on us. Lets not judge.
Thanks for your comment. Though some may not believe in talking about what the “church” does, it is imperative that the public know what is going on. This is what our journalists do. So even though you may not agree, this is not judging but expressing what thousands of others feel as well.
Darin and Judy are two of the most honest people I have ever known and this has to be a lie from the pit. I have read various opinions of those who believe they know the McAllisters but as Darin was one of my best friends ever I feel I can speak from experience. He was a Police Officer and is currently an FBI Agent and that speaks for itself. He is not perfect but he is a man of God first and the rest falls into God Divine will for his life. Judy and Darin are such great people that I am confident that the Lord will vindicate the righteous people of God. I only hope that people realize that the devil is still around for he has attacked my home and caused my wife to run off with a married man from her youth and leave three kids behind in my custody.
So as shocked as I was to hear this, I realize that the enemy is dropping A Bombs on the family and if we don’t all wake up we shall see more bombs drop. I only hope we pray instead of judge for as a victim of Satan’s attacks, i know that my friends are under the same attack that I am under but they are sticking together. Satan can drop all the bombs he wants but God is our Shield and our Buckler and He will protect us if we stay under His covering and stay obedient to His Will. I can only control my will and you yours but not even God will control the will of other men and women in our lives or on our jobs. So if God allows it we can handle it, though I question God on that statement I have seen Him bring us through crazy stuff before.
Darin and Judy, this is not too hard for God, if He bring through a divorce from a woman I loved from the first time I saw her, then I believe He can heal and deliver us from anything. Be encouraged and know that the Lord is on your side and I am too. Love Pastor Ed Williams from California
AMAZING! Get a clue people. At times, Judy has one of the nastiest dispositions I’ve ever run up against in COGIC. Unfortunately, almost typical when they think they have someone taken on celebrity status. Celebrity damns the world, so what makes us think it won’t damn our conscious when we let it in? Its amazing that Darrin has been in COGIC the last 30 years, sat under the Word, filled with the Spirit, listen to his wife go through all the steps and levels of praise and what, HEARD NOTHING? Fraud? White collar crime? Liar? And we, the church, won’t call it like it is? No wonder church attendance has declined and the world doesn’t even want to say “Merry Christmas. ” Why should they put Jesus in Christmas, when “His Body” keeps defaming his name with scandals, divorce, crime, deacons stealing from the church, and nationally known Christian leaders exposed as homosexual, bi-sexual, tri-sexual, etc. Etc. Etc. If Sodom & Gomorrah was worse then the U. S. Church, Good Lord! No wonder Jesus will say: “Depart from me ye workers of iniquity, I NEVER knew you! ” Ump!
