In a Perugia, Italy court room Amanda Knox’s defense attorney, Carlo della Vedova proves there is insufficient evidence that proves she killed her roommate.  He explained  police quickly judged her during their investigation following the murder because she and her boyfriend, Raffaele were flirting at the crime seen and she was forced to endure false accusations in the media regarding the murder.  He proved during a sexual rendezvous Sollecito and Rudy Guede murdered the victim to cause friction between Amanda and her deceased friend. However, persecutors still say she, including Raffaele Sollecito and Rudy Guede killed Meredith Kercher and says DNA reveals Knox’s fingerprints on the knife, but her defense attorney says it still does not prove Amanda Knox is the killer, because DNA is still insufficient and the murder weapon does not match the wounds of the victim.

Amanda Knox defense attorney could be accurate, maybe she is innocent.  People are very jealous of close friendships between two women and will go so far to cause friction.  It occurs time and time, again.  People do not talk about it, but it happens.  Hopefully the justice system of Perugia, Italy will be fair and consider Amanda Knox, a native of Seattle, Washington as a victim along with her deceased friend.  Finally, facts are coming out as this trial is coming to a close.  It is assumed that jurors will evaluate the entire case and realize that Amanda Knox is definitely not the killer and Meredith Kercher was taken advantage of, to destroy their friendship.  May Meredith Kercher rest in peace.
