The famous song in 1978, “You Light Up My Life” was written by accused rapist Joseph Brooks who is on trial for raping 11 women in his Upper East Side Manhattan apartment who answered movie advertisements placed in craigslist. The women claimed they were raped between 2005 and 2008. Prosecutors are bringing more charges against the 71-year, claiming more women have forward and admitted that Joseph Brooks also lured and raped them during the time of the other 11 women. The judge in the case said there will be 2 separate trials that differ from the other 9 cases.

December 2nd, 2009 AT2W Staff We have found breaking news via TMZ through Us Weekly magazine that there is a voicemail that has surfaced about one of the affairs he was involved in.
The voicemail includes a voice that sounds like Tiger speaking to Jamie Grubbs and telling her to remove her name form her own phone. Apparently, Tiger’s wife Elin has been going through his phone and doesn’t want her to find Ms. Grubb’s name attached to her account.
Us Weekly also reported that Jamie Grubbs has been bragging to friends and co workers about the affair and played the voicemail for them to hear!!

In a Perugia, Italy court room Amanda Knox’s defense attorney, Carlo della Vedova proves there is insufficient evidence that proves she killed her roommate. He explained police quickly judged her during their investigation following the murder because she and her boyfriend, Raffaele were flirting at the crime seen and she was forced to endure false accusations in the media regarding the murder. He proved during a sexual rendezvous Sollecito and Rudy Guede murdered the victim to cause friction between Amanda and her deceased friend. However, persecutors still say she, including Raffaele Sollecito and Rudy Guede killed Meredith Kercher and says DNA reveals Knox’s fingerprints on the knife, but her defense attorney says it still does not prove Amanda Knox is the killer, because DNA is still insufficient and the murder weapon does not match the wounds of the victim.

“I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart. I have not been true to my values and the behavior my family deserves. I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect. I am dealing with my behavior and personal failings behind closed doors with my family. Those feelings should be shared by us alone.”
