A Toast 2 Wealth

These are the 5 worst places to live and achieve wealth, simply because the government within the metropolitan city and surrounding cities maybe corrupt, the crime has increased and made it difficult for local citizens who wish to accomplish the American dream, the majority of African Americans refuse to rise beyond their usual life of disunity among their own race while refusing to halt underworld activities (selling drugs, excessive drug and alcohol use, violence, theft…) and obscure racial discrimination within diverse communities because of fear among African Americans and other nonwhite racial groups.

1. Atlanta, Georgia –  Atlanta, Georgia has had favorable reviews in the past, simply because of the history of Dr. Martin Luther King being raised there, the first black Mayor, Maynard Jackson (1939-2003) broke barriers for black people in Atlanta by starting affirmative action programs in his first 2 terms.  African Americans in Atlanta were not equal until 1970and finally were able to share public places with white people like sharing the water fountain, for instance.  In 1996, he brought the Olympic games to Atlanta.  Atlanta is also the home of the famous black college for black men, Morehouse University where Maynard Jackson graduated in 1956.  Also, Atlanta is the home of other various black colleges, Spelman College, Clark University and Morris Brown College (founded by slaves) that went broke, because of stolen funds by the head of the financial aid department, which caused students to lose money and not to get an accredited degree.  We did a study of Atlanta, Georgia for almost 5 years.  Our reporters who are African American purposely resided there to see if Atlanta was all that the black media claims it to be.  Our reporters discovered a nightmare. For years, black people have boasted that Atlanta has always been the promise land for black people, it is not, it is one of the most dangerous places to reside with the worst crime rate, similar to Detroit, Michigan.  We were going to put Detroit as the first worst place to live in the United States, but decided since our reporters actually experienced emotional distress and verbal abuse in Atlanta or “the ATL” (as proud blacks call it), it would be fair to share what we actually saw and heard.  Atlanta, Georgia, the history of Dr. Martin Luther King and his long lived, now deceased widow Coretta Scott King; a place where the ghetto famed show airs, The Real Housewives of Atlanta; a place where black people flocked to and from all over America and die when they arrive.  Our reporters would hear tragic stories on the local news, each and every day of the week.  One couple who left Chicago (another high crime metropolitan city) to get married in Atlanta and was burned alive in a motel, they did not live to marry.  Another family went to a car wash one evening while visiting for a funeral and the driver was murdered at the car wash and they had not even paid their respects yet for the first funeral.  Another case, in the College Park area of Atlanta, one woman got shot to death while standing in her front yard of her single family home; the lady’s daughter claimed she had never met the murderer who was a black man.  Then, another case in College Park, two women are strangled, then shot to death in their apartment.  Kandi Burruss, the star on The Real Housewives of Atlanta could not even marry the love of her life, Ashley Jewell.  He was shot to death outside a strip club early last month.  In Lithonia, Georgia, a place not far from a popular modern day mega ministry, a man was shot to death in his apartment by FBI agents, because he failed to surrender.  Then, a famous boxer, U.S. Olympian Vernon Forrest was murdered by a group of teenagers for his watch while he was putting air in the tires of his Jaguar at a gas station, sadly his girlfriend’s little boy was in the back seat of the car the entire time while witnessing the scene.  Decatur, Georgia is suppose to be the richest place in the country for African Americans, but they do not tell you about a Pentecostal Bishop who was forced to get off a city bus and was never seen since her disappearance, neither do they tell you how a young black man was shot to death on the front lawn of his mother’s home.  There are youth gangs in Stone Mountain, Georgia and parents defend them, regardless of their knowledge of their mischievous behavior, which is abnormal than other places, because of the extreme lack of discipline and respect for elders.  Speaking of respect for elders, in Lithonia, GA., a student physically got in a fight with her teacher.  In Stone Mountain, there is an African American gay church, but those who are openly gay or lesbian are harassed and violated by the black community.  In Atlanta and even in the surrounding cities, black people are still marching against racial discrimination, especially in the era when Stone Mountain temporarily had a white police chief, which was the cause residents feeling like black people were purposely getting shot to death by white police officers.  Our reporters sent volunteers from other states to go on job interviews and when they were hired they were discriminated against by their very own race of people, not white, but black people gave them hell on the job.  When we sent out investigators to seek lucrative paid positions, some employers who were black were threatened because our prospects may have spoken proper than the average black person or either they felt they were too dark to be among their light skinned staff members.  In Atlanta, they have cliques, but have the audacity to be offended when one minds there own business.  One of the places we sent one prospect out to work after she was hired as an apartment representative, witnessed her light skin manager boasting about being the “head nig…in charge,” this went on for almost 3 weeks and she even had the audacity to have the initials on her walkie talkie.  We sent another prospect out Jonesboro, Georgia to get hired at another location, which paid very well, but all the black people complained they were unfairly terminated because of a woman who defended another black woman who was experiencing racial discrimination and it was said that the white owner told the supervisor get rid of all these nig…  In the black mecca or whatever they call it, abusive black men are not only defended by each other, but they are also put on a pedestal by black women.  A prior black Mayor of Lithonia, a woman was mistreated by the chief of police and was physically abused and attacked by city council members because  she tried to fire the city’s police chief.  She was attacked so bad, she had to wear a brace around her neck.   Mayor Joyce McKibben tried to keep her job, even after the police chief made her leave her office and do her work next to his office and was sent to jail after being falsely accused for stealing office equipment out of her own office.  She was even disrespected after making a public apology before the press.  Mayor McKibben was even unfairly arrested while cleaning and moving out of her apartment.  She was arrested and charged with obstruction and disorderly conduct.  Men and women, both black and white disrespected the Mayor and treated her as if she was less than the police chief. Lithonia Police Chief Willie Rosser would not comment.   In the end when Mayor McKibben lost votes of 166 to 47, she tried to fight for her position in court, but was denied to regain her authority.

In the entire area of Atlanta, there is severe hatred among black women, and strangely black women will defend black men, by any means necessary.  Young African Americans who living off of their educated parents or grandparent’s wealth are arrogant and often boast about their parent’s paying off their education while enrolled in a black university. If you desire to accumulate wealth, it most likely will be difficult if you do not have a degree, our reporters investigated and found out a lot of successful African Americans there in Atlanta are either living off of old money or relocated there with a degree.

December 29, 2009-Here is one of the latest criminal cases in Atlanta, a former NFL lineman player, Gerald Perry is shot with as his girlfriend and daughter sits in the SUV at a car wash.  Crimes similar to this one occurs on a daily basis, even Sunday.  Watch this news coverage for this crime story here, then look at more on this story here.

2. Detroit Michigan – Detroit, Michigan was nicknamed Motor city, because in 1903 - Ford Motor Company is founded by Henry Ford, and even Dodge, Oldsmobile and General Motors brought a mass of jobs to the city.   Detroit Michigan, the history of Motown Records where Barry Gordy built his empire and the Supremes became famous; the Clark Sisters who went hip hop gospel after the death of their mother, Dr. Mattie Moss Clark; the home of the Winans family, the inventors of contemporary gospel in the black church; the history of a popular drug dealer, Maserati Rick who was suspiciously murdered in a hospital room while recovering from gun shot wounds and drug dealers like the Chambers Brothers and Butch Jones made history; the native home of Aretha Franklin, Queen of Soul and the daughter of a profound Baptist minister, the late C. L. Franklin who was robbed and murdered in his home.  This last summer, Pastor Kevin Rambsy, a white minister of Revival Tabernacle Church in Highland Park in the Detroit Metro area was stabbed 30 times and left for dead in his home and now Detroit Michigan is in so much financial debt after the reign of Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, it may take a decade to recover.  Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick became a notorious politician when his sex text messages to his CEO Christine Beatty were revealed in court.  After several months in prison, Kilpatrick had relocated to Dallas, Texas with his wife and kids, but he has been in more trouble for not paying off loans, he was not suppose to borrow from private lenders during his probation. Detroit, Michigan should have also been named the black mecca, because it is 96% black dominated, although some black native celebrities like Anita Baker have admitted of being proud of the little diversity that exist there.  Detroit, Michigan is in a $300 million dollar deficit.  People are losing their jobs, bus routes are being discontinued and schools are closing; therefore, teachers will have to cease Detroit to continue their career.  There is so much financial crisis, police officers are at risk for theft and no one is safe in their homes.  Murders have been on the rise for a very long time in the city and seeking a job is just like seeking seeds in wildflowers.  Now that Mayor Dave Bing, a former professional basketball NBA player of the Pistons has took over Kwame Kilpatrick’s position, he promises to make things better for the city of Detroit.  Not unless Mayor Bing proves he is Superman and he changes the ways of the citizens of Detroit, do not move to Detroit and think you are going to accumulate wealth.
3. The San Joaquin Valley –  Our reporters were there and spoke to some black people who are tired of living there, but cannot find a decent job to escape either place, Stockton or Sacramento.  In Stockton, one black lady admitted she married her white husband, because of his wealth, but he does not address her as his wife in the public, she is known to residents as his maid.  The lady wants out of the marriage and is now seeking financial assistance to get a divorce and relocate out of this deserted place.  Another case, a black man has been married to his white wife for about 15 years and has been convicted of domestic violence.  He admitted he beats his wife, because she is able to get jobs while he is denied jobs, because the color of his skin.  He says he is miserable, because his kids who are bi-racial descent ignore what he goes through as a black man and denies their black heritage.  He admitted he is about to relocate to Los Angeles and does not need a job to pay him since his brother makes cash without a job.  In Sacramento, we spoke to a black family who admitted they are natives of Marin City and never experienced such severe racism until moving to Sacramento.  They said they are not used of living in a place where racism exist and no one says a word.  Our reporters spoke to a Latino couple who can no longer support their family, because the father and mother in the family was fired for speaking Spanish; they said they have lived in Sacramento for almost 10 years and the way time has changed lets them know that black people are not alone when facing racial discrimination.  You can go anywhere from Stockton to Sacramento and you will not be able to find a high paying job.  African Americans who reside either in Stockton or Sacramento have no guts to speak up against racial discrimination.  Black people are awkwardly silent when they witness what another black person endures, because especially in Sacramento diversity hides the racism.  Specifically, Sacramento was voted as the most diverse place in the country in 2003, but what the press fail to admit was the racial discrimination that occurred against a white civil rights attorney who defended a black woman who was brutality beaten by police in front of a popular hot dog restaurant.  Of course, this all occurred before the first black mayor took office, Kevin Johnson, but racial matters against black people still continue while he is now in office.  The reason why racial discrimination is hushed in the majority of California is simply because of so many bi-racial relationships; after such unity between black men with white women (mostly), there is no defense for black people who speak up and many bi-racial descent individuals deny the truth about racial discrimination.  The young blacks will confront an elder for speaking up and will accuse them of being militant.  One lady said she took a class and a bi-racial youngster boasted her white mother could get a job anytime she wanted to and glared at her when she said it.   The blacks who may not be in a bi-racial relationship are quick to support any racial conflict, no matter how bad the situation is when they are watching it and we feel this comes from a slave mentality of being weak while getting a thrill of the slave master persecuting the Negroes out in the cotton fields while they were treated better in the slave master’s house. Blacks there in Sacramento and in Stockton are dumb, they have no strength while living like they are inferior to the white people there.  They live as if they have no God and always willing to be a candidate to help persecute people who look like them.  However, now that there some very powerful African Americans from Los Angeles that have relocated there the past few years and because of it, there has been a rally against racism, read here.  Now read about this racial incident that has alarmed the NAACP.   Oddly, former councilmen Ralph White of Stockton, California has been the only spokesman against racial discrimination, for years.   We would not advise anyone to move to the San Joaquin Valley, because the diversity among people is a very hypocritical lifestyle.
4. Chicago Illinois – Although, Chicago is the home of President Barack and Michelle Obama, Rev. Jesse Jackson and Oprah Winfrey has her studio there, it is not a good place to live.  We rated Chicago, Illinois a bad place to reside based on a high crime rate.  Odd crimes occur in Chicago, for instance, a young mother place her baby in the dryer and murdered and hid him for days.  Here, a lot of black people complain about racism, black men being falsely accused of crimes they did not commit, but there is severe friction among the black community.  Of course, you heard about what happened to the famous singer, Jennifer Hudson’s family, they were murdered by Julia (Jennifer’s sister) Hudson’s boyfriend.  Then, there is the case of a family who thought they had moved on out to the suburbs away from the ghetto of Chicago, an unknown suspect came and shot everyone dead, in cold blood in the house.  On the south side of Chicago, Derrion Albert, a 14-year old honor student was beaten to death at Fenger High School as he walked by in the midst of violence on his way home. May God rest his innocent soul.
5. Los Angeles California – The place of Hollywood celebrities and the temptation to have what they possess breeds an extremely high crime rate.  Los Angeles and even surrounding cities have a high rate of crime.  There are a lot of con artists that find any sort of way to gain wealth.  We sent a team of reporters out there and a two of them decided to pretend as though they were going to apply for an apartment at a rental agency.  When they gave their $100 dollar bill, the rental agent told our reporters to go and call some places, well they did and this was the beginning of our investigation.  One of them called numbers on the list and the responses were clear they had been scammed by cons, “This place is not for rent and we never listed it for rent.” Then, we sent to of our reporters out to Compton.  We heard the truce between the gangs, The Bloods and The Crips was over, not in 2009.  Our reporters escaped a street where there was an exchange of gunfire and they assumed they had witnessed a drive-by shooting.  Then, when they went into a liquor store to buy some snacks, this man ask, if they were from Compton, our reporters shook their heads no, he said “you cannot wear blue in this area, if I were you, I would take off the blue shirts before leaving out the store”.  Well, one of our reporters was a woman who could not reveal her under clothes, so she borrowed her partner’s jacket and he was able to remove his shirt and they both drove off. Also, we spoke to a number of people and were told there is severe racism and they cannot comprehend why there is violence between black and Latino gangs since both races experience the same racial discrimination from white people.

In the 21st century, these facts have shown history repeats itself and if you are a successful person who desire to live in peace, you should know the facts about these places.  Do not move to a place just because the masses of people say, it is a great place to live, but cautiously do your research and do not make a move until you make several visits, first.
