The murder trial for suspected killer of KATV personality Anne Pressly begins.  Kevin Lavelle Vance is accused of beating the Anne Pressly so badly, she was unrecognizable by police.  Prosecutors will prepare DNA, evidence and confessions to prove Kevin Vance is guilty of murder.  Jurors are now being carefully chosen by attorneys and they are making sure no one knew Anna Pressly, personally or even knew about this murder, which is very crucial to this case.  It maybe somewhat difficult to find qualified jurors, because everyone in Little Rock, Ark. knew about this murder and often watched Anna Pressly give reports on local news.  So far, they have chosen only 1 person out of 100 as a qualified juror.  Although at one time and point in conversation with investigators Kevin Vance confessed to the murder, it has been said that it will still be a challenge to prove he is guilty according to provided evidence.

Now, although we now live in a society where there are a lot of bi-racial couples, specifically black men with white women, not every white woman prefers a black man over a white man.  As usual, back in the day when there were less white women willing to date black men, they were usually harassed and raped for refusing propositions and this what is still going on in the 21st century.  Also, not only are white women harassed by men because of their lucrative positions (something they have in common with black women), they are also possibly harassed based on envious judgements of becoming successful based on being white, this could be the cause of such brutal murders when a black man kills a white woman.  This clue is very important, because even back in the days of slavery, black men had strong desires for white women.  For some reason, when certain men, white or black are denied sexual advancements by any race of a woman, they wish to destroy them, this is abnormal behavior and it is sometimes more severe with black men.    Prosecutors are trying to find a motive in this case.  What is the reason Kevin Lavelle Vance killed Anne Pressly?  How long was he stalking her before he brutally murder her. Obviously, he was watching Anne Pressly arrive and leave her home, alone.  It is suspected that this killer, Kevin Vance plotted before he decided to kill Anne Pressly. In this case, it would be smart for prosecutors to find evidence if Anne Pressly received letters or phone calls of harassment by the defendant.  The question is, did she tell anyone about being harassed on her job?  Did anyone notice any fear while Anne Pressly was at work or before she went home? You see, all these facts or any clues similar would be very important for prosecutors to mention, if the discovered any such evidence during their investigation.

The deceased Anchor woman, Anne Pressly was only 26 years old and should still be alive to enjoy her successful life.
