Is 50 Cent real about the rap music industry suffering during this recession? Is 50 Cent accurate about the recession being so powerful to decrease the millions in the rap industry?  His claim is probably right, because there are other similar industries who are also losing millions, not saying which ones they are.

The recession robbing the rap industry is a nightmare to those who are used to earning millions on a day to day basis.  Of course, rap celebrities like Jay-Z and his wife, Beyonce are making high tips to waiter, like about $500, that’s what has been stated lately in the press.  So, if a rap artist has millions of dollars saved up, he or she may not be doing so bad in this recession; however, those like 50 cent still expect millions to continue to overflow their pocketbooks.  The question is, if the economy is so bad that it is affecting the rap industry’s millions, when will it get better?  Because it seems like 50 cent’s request as President Obama’s advisor reveal we are in trouble.
