There are five good ways to reduce stress. The average American have high stress levels, simply because they do nothing to get rid of it. Stress can cause worse health conditions. In order to combat stress, you must be willing do everything in your power to avoid it, before it controls your life. If you desire to live a long life, then do not allow any sort of stress to abide in your life. Your life is your own and it is precious.
First, you must get rid of someone or something that is causing you stress. A lot of times, it is the people we live with who stress us out, whether if it our spouse, kindred, friends or anyone else who is purposely doing things to aggravate you. You must find some way to cease where you are living and a lot of times you deal with this kind of stress, because you have no money. You must find a way to earn enough money to immediately vacate and never return. These sort of enemies you live with rob you of happiness and you cannot be happy angry all the time. It maybe difficult to find some place else to live, but you have got to do it. Remember, if you do not have enough money to care for yourself, people will try to take control of your life. A lot of people are unhealthy, because they accept mental abuse and aggravation while lacking money to move out into their own residence. If it is your husband or wife, if they rob you of your happiness so much to where you feel you have lost who you are, get a divorce. Usually, we encourage people to stay together and make their marriage work, but sometimes, it may not always be good depending on what going on in the marriage. Severe abuse within a marriage may not be worth struggling to make it work. Sometimes, as a spouse it would be better to just leave and divorce while you are away from your husband or wife. If you have children, decide what is better for them, if they should remain or leave with you. When it comes to family or someone else’s children who may be emotionally aggravating you, you will have more of an instant chance to just simply leave and make sure when you do, you make up for all the pain you may have endured for a very long time. If it is your job, you need to find some other way to take care of your bills. Jobs may take care of your finances, but if you are not happy and not getting the respect you deserve from your boss of co-workers, possibly you should look into another job or just simply start your own business.Most times, it takes faith to change your life, even if you have nothing, but you can do it. - Secondly, do whatever it is that makes you happy. Most people are very unhappy on a daily basis, simply because they are working long hours they do not like. Your job may pay the bills, but it takes times away from your ideal career or hobby. You may not know this, but you can make a lot of money from what you enjoying doing. Many times, if it is a long term career you always wanted to do, you may have to go to college, but if it is just simply a hobby like painting beautiful pictures, you could earn a huge profit while spending time with your hobby. A lot of people live longer lives, because they have made a wise option to spend time with their hobby and had faith to make a good income by doing so.
- Go for nice long walks, but if you are indoors always allow a lot of sunlight into your room. A lot of people are depressed, because they do not get a lot of sunlight. Sunlight naturally uplifts your spirit and a lot of times empowers you to do and think about remarkable things. Sunlight is truly a blessing, because when you feel lost and in despair, it can really change your mood into joy. When you go on your walk, you getting your body a nice workout and it keeps you active. Walking is good for your body, mind and soul.
- Keep your spirit elevated with positive thoughts. It helps to listen to motivational speakers like Les Brown, Tony Robbins and Dani Johnson…Always feed your mind with positive messages and avoid people who are negative. You want to always listen to positive speakers around the clock, as often as you can, especially if you work at a stressful job. Motivational speakers have a dynamic way of inspiring people to escape stressful situations and miraculous things can happen if you do everything they tell you do. Read uplifting Bible scriptures, usually Psalms and Proverbs are good chapters and verses are good to keep your spirit uplifted and will guide you how to empower your life with morals and values. Praise and worship music uplifts your spirit and you will defeat any torment that may come against you. Praise and worship music is really a divine gift, because you automatically feel good while enjoying soothing music that comforts your soul, no matter what situation you are in.
- Spend at least one hour a day and plan how you are going to make your life better. Even if you do not have enough money to change your situation, you must write down a strategic plan and take as much action as you can to make it happen. When you make a plan of action, you are taking a leap of faith. When you work toward completion of your plan, you will be able to reduce stress in your life and never look back.
Take these 5 simple steps seriously and look for your life to change. It does not matter how long you have been in your stressful situation or what your situation is, you can change your life and reduce stress. Do not allow anything or anyone to hold you back. Take a leap of faith and reduce stress. You control stress, do not ever allow it to control you.

Wow! That’s some great info. I didn’t know about B complex or L-theanine being useful for lactose intolerance. There are so many people who suffer from that and that would be great information for them. I actually suffered from lactose intolerance for some time in my life. I started doing research on it and realized that as a women I shouldn’t consume milk but goat’s or soy milk. Well, I haven’t tried goat’s milk but I’ve been drinking soy milk for over 10 years now. But I just stopped drinking milk and I can’t eat much ice cream either. So I thank you for the advice. I will try it.
