This judge obviously has connections with the judicial system.  A former Alabama judge accused of checking male inmates out of jail and forcing them to engage in sexual activity was found not guilty.  Judge Herman Thomas was accused of spanking inmates on their bare bottoms.  Although, this judge denied any wrongdoing, he should not have been found not guilty.  There was so much evidence against him, it is ludicrous that he is set free.  Judge Thomas defense attorney, Robert Clark said the felons lied on his client.

Judge Herman Thomas is the first black federal judge of South Alabama, so obviously he could have been released based on his attorney mentioning racism. When is our American society going to be based on morals and values and not our race? If this judge did wrong, he should not get his job back and he should serve time for what he did to these inmates.  These inmates are just as important as Judge Thomas.  Judge Herman Thomas may see himself as superior, but he is not above the law or any other citizen in the eyes of God.

This judge claims, he was only mentoring them and trying to get them to do right, to be productive citizens.  Judge Herman Thomas is a sick man and does not care about these inmates.  They are already serving time for things they are sorry for, he does not need to remind them of what they did before they got in jail.  It is so disgusting to know what goes on behind prison walls.  How can these inmates ever fully recover, if they are being sexually molested by this judge?  It is not right and the verdict is very unfair.  This is not how you get convicts to do right, this makes them bitter and when or if they ever get released, they may not ever know how to get their life straight, after being misused by this judge.

His wife was said to be very happy of his verdict.  What type of woman is this to trust her husband that has several accusations of abuse?  She is just as sick as Judge Herman Thomas.  If there are several inmates who have said they experienced the same sort of sexual abuse, any woman with an ounce of sense would tell this man goodbye, but- this shows how desperate some women are to have a man.  It pays to just love yourself, instead of being connected with someone who is really not in love with you, but in lust with inmates.  This is the type of man this woman is married to: one report said, Judge Thomas beat a grown man with a belt on his bare buttocks about a dozen times at the courthouse and then another complaint claimed Judge Thomas did the same thing to him in the jury room and gave them both lesser time served in jail.

Judge Herman Thomas was dismissed of all charges, sodomy, kidnapping, sex abuse, extortion, assault and ethics violations and may get his license back, which was revoked when the charges were filed by the inmates.
