AT2W Staff Can you believe Casey Anthony maybe set free? Does the Anthony family know someone in the justice system who is getting paid? What sort of individual in authority would consider the freedom of a mother who murdered her own child?
State prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick asked Circuit Judge Stan Strickland to dismiss a request to throw out the most serious criminal charges against Anthony. Burdick says the motion filed by Casey Anthony’s attorneys is riddled with errors and insufficient. Anthony’s attorneys agreed that first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse charges against Anthony be thrown out, because they were based on “circumstantial and speculative” evidence. Casey Anthony maybe be free, although prosecutors released more evidence in their murder case. The evidence included pictures of a tattoo on Anthony’s back and duct tape found on the body of her daughter, Caylee.

This following case should be a wake up call for the Governor of Mississippi to evaluate the case of Carla Hughes. Although, she is not going on death row and has life in prison, she will never receive probation and will always be blamed for something she did not do. Therefore, they must continue to investigate Keyon Pittman who appeared and acted guilty throughout the case.
