Carla Hughes Gets Life in Prison…Now What?
October 14th, 2009
Now that Carla Hughes gets life without parole, what future does she have? Does she have a life? Now that no good Keyon Pittman lied and stole her freedom, how can Carla Hughes live her life behind prison bars? The response is so obvious, the life of this successful woman is so valuable, including all of the other women in prison, whether they are serving life or prepared for death. Carla Hughes life is just as valuable as it was before she entered the prison system.
Carla Hughes taught middle school kids. She also taught other women in prison, before she got in trouble to get an education. She pushed women to believe in themselves. Ms. Hughes was always caring for strangers she did not even know. As a younger woman, she was engaged and the groom refuse to marry her on their wedding day. She asked her mother, what was wrong with her, she did not understand the reason for being rejected on her wedding day. She then learned she was pregnant and continue to live her life. She worked 2 jobs and took care of her son without a man. Her life is a testimony for all women never to give up and keep going, this is what she told other women when they thought they could not get their education. She taught Bible study to people and was very active in church growing up and as an adult. Carla got her Master’s degree in education.

Where is your outrage for Avis and her unborn child or even her mother? If Carla was soooo smart why did she buy into this surely she knows right from wrong. Thou shall not Kill!!
Your consideration for Avis is much understood, but Carla Hughes did not kill Avis Banks, we tried to point that out by proving it in our prior articles. We kept up with the trial and like other observers and journalists we evaluated Keyon Pittman being the killer of his fiancee and unborn child. We desire for the accurate killer be found guilty not an innocent person serving prison time for something she did not do.
