Back in June of 2009, Phil Spector, 69, was found guilty of second degree murder for the murder of Lana Clarkson, a 40-year old actress.  All of this legendary rock producer’s millions could not save him from getting prison time.  Phil Spector worked with some of the biggest music celebrities and created the “Wall Sound” technique.  Lana Clarkson worked at a Hollywood night club, but agreed to meet with Phil Spector one early Monday morning in 2003.  Prosecutors assumed the way police found her bloody body with the scene of candles and soft music, obviously he shot her because she would not accept his sexual advances.  Spector’s former chauffeur testified in court, he remembered him staggering out of the house holding a pistol in his bloody hand while admitting he thought he shot someone, this no doubt, helped Spector get convicted of murder.  Although, defense attorney’s said there was no forensic evidence to prove Phil Spector had gun residue on his hands or attire, he must serve time for the murder of Lana Clarkson.  After 6 year of this trial, Phil Spector’s attorney,  Defense Attorney Doron Weinberg is going to request of an appeal based on the Judge Larry Paul Fidler’s ruling in the case.

Lana Clarkson’s family expects to win millions of dollars through a civil suit.  They just might win their million dollar lawsuit, because how could Phil Spector possibly spend all of his millions behind bars?

Was it all worth Phil Spector losing his millions, just because this younger woman, Lana Clarkson may not have wanted a sexually relationship with him? Some of the most dumbest people in the world are rich people.  This legendary music producer could have placed an ad in the paper for any (blonde) woman to spend intimate time with him, rather than just to take the life of this one woman.  There are a lot of women who does not care what a man looks like, as long as he spoils them with money and Phil Spector had a lot of it to spend, before allowing his sexual gratification to control him and into a convict.  Although, Phil leaves behind his wife, Rachelle (right photo) who could enjoy spending a lot of his money, he may have to give some of his millions to the family of the decease.  Rachelle is often depressed living in the mansion they were married in and can not believe she has to endure memories of them being married in the lobby where she and Phil once became husband and wife.

Speaking of Phil Spector’s wife, Rachelle, where was she during the murder?  Did Phil send her off on a cruise so he could have a sexual encounter with Lana Clarkson and how often did he send his wife away to reserve time for discreet affairs in their mansion, if that was the case?

Phil Spector will be 88 years old before he is eligible for parole.  Maybe, it would be a good idea to use some of his millions to hire a dream team of attorneys to fight his case, you know, the way O. J. Simpson did it during his first murder trial for the double homicide of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman
