If You Eat Right You Can Live Longer

CBR001950People are not fighting incurable diseases, because they are not eating the right foods.  You have to eat right in order to properly function on a day to day basis.  If you are  one of those people who are eating junk and fast food on a daily basis, then no reason you do not feel good.  Your immune system is no doubt weak and you could be at risk for deadly diseases you cannot avoid.  You have to eat right, if you want to live longer.  If you notice, people are dying much earlier than years ago.  People have become accustomed to wasting money on fast food, rather than taking their time to eat a healthy meal.  The reason why people lived much longer, years ago is simply because of diet.  Centuries ago, people ate natural food, this was when processed food pact with salt and sugar was unheard of.  When inventors started making instant foods in their factories, people started trying it and like the taste.  The importance of vegetables was not the culture in the average American family.  If someone saw someone eating a bag of potato chips, instead of eating a piece of fruit or salad, they began to imitate what looked good to them and this has been decades.  Unfortunately, the statistics on diabetes, osteoporosis, breast cancer, prostate cancer and other sorts of illnesses have not been enough to stop people from eating unhealthy food.  Centuries ago, it was natural foods grown out of the ground that kept people healthy and enjoying longer days.  Believe it or not, if you prepare your health food the right way, it will taste good.  A lot of junk food you eat may taste good, but while you are enjoying the taste, you are killing yourself.

42-15630167It does not matter how busy you are, you must make an effort to think about your healthy.  A lot of people are dead now, because they chose to buy fast food because it taste good.  Even if you go to McDonald’s or buy cheap junk food in the grocery store, it is not good for your body.  Franchises like McDonald’s, Burger King, Popeye’s Chicken are getting rich because the average American chooses to buy quick food, instead of healthy food.  The majority of Americans have made the Presidents of fast food industries billionaires while shortening their life span.  Not only the fast food industries are making money off of consumers, but the funeral home industries.  The mindset of the average American is, “oh well, I got to die of something.”  Think about it, the mindset of a lot of consumers who buy fast food is very similar to the drug attic who does not care how the drug is giving them a slow death.  The average drug attic keeps buying drugs, because their high feels good and the drug dealer get rich.  It is the same with the choices one makes with food.  On the average, McDonald’s earns 8.64 Billion a year and about $23.67 million per day.  Of course, a lot of people wish to make this certain amount of money, but what is the use of desiring wealth, if you do not have good health.  You will not live long to enjoy a six or seven-figure income, if you do not care about how you eat.

Furthermore, if you desire to live longer, you can and it is never too late to change your eating habits.  Although, you may have been diagnosed with an incurable disease, it does not mean that is your death sentence.  There are some smart people who were diagnosed with various diseases and changed their eating habits and went back to the doctor and the disease was gone.  Do you know why that happened?  Simply, because they had enough sense to realize all the food they were eating over the years, must have been the reason for the diagnosis.  When you change how you eat, it is a great possibility, you will prolong your days.   You do not have to be a part of a particular statistic based on your race, family history or gender, all you have to do is choose to be different than the average person in those particular groups and you will save your life.  You will begin to feel better and the people around you will recognize the power in choosing a proper nutrition on a daily basis and you will save lives more than you realize.

Another thing you should be aware of is, if you do not drink at least 8 glasses of water daily, you are at health risk.  Why?  Because you need to clean out your body on a daily basis, in order to get rid of toxic waste.  Water is natural and very good for you.  When usually you buy a soda with your meal, just wash your food down with a glass of water, this will be better for you.  Sodas contain a lot of sugar and other ingredients that cause diabetes and various diseases.  Fruit juice is good, but too much is not good, because of all the sugar the manufacturers put into it.  Most of the time choose to drink water with your food.  However, too much water is not good because it causes an imbalance in your brain.  They type of water you drink can make a difference.  A lot people think bottled water is more better than tap water, this is absolutely not true.  Most bottled water contains salt.  You can simply purchase a water filter and purify your tap water yourself.  This is a fact, public water systems are required to test for chemical water contaminants four times as often as bottled water companies.  The Food and Drug Administration’s testing policy do not require the same standards for water that is bottled and sold in the same state, meaning that a significant number of bottles of water have undergone almost no regulation or testing.  Therefore, if you drink tap water, you will be much healthier.

Not only when you eat right you can prolong your life, but the intake of liquid is just as important for a proper diet.   Too much sugar in your food makes you overweight and causes various diseases.  Also, too much salt is not good and will also cause various diseases.   This is why it is better to eat a lot of natural foods and cook it a certain way.  Whether you buy fast foods or cook fried and junk foods at home, it is not good for you.  Just because a lot of food is affordable, does not mean it is healthy to eat.  This is the very reason why most rich people live longer lives, because cheap food is often processed and over packed with salt and sugar.
