Good Health, Good Wealth

The one thing that we all need more than anything is good health. We can not be successful at anything without it. Our society stresses good health on t.v, radio and in magazines. It is more than just a fad its true reality. Though I agree that everyone that sells a health food product or exercise machine, is just trying to promote it and make money; the truth is we must find a balance in our lives to incorporate good health. While good health is invested in our everyday lives, we will find strength and courage to face another day and reach our goals.

1. Take time to walk outside in the morning stare up at the sky.Whether its rainy, cloudy, sunny, snowy or dry, we need to soak in what the earth has for us. I can start your day off on the right track. I never seems to amaze me that just stepping outside for a few a little takes me out of my life and I see more possibilities. Try it a fews times a day. If you are an at home business owner, make sure to spend time outside.

2.  Take your vitamins. Ok, I may sound like your mother or wife but its a must. When I was going up, I loved when my mother would give me vitamins. Just because she was doing it, I wanted to do it. That is probably why I operated GNC nutrition stores for 5 years and have studied nutrition for over over 12 years now.  Some of us don’t take vitamins at all and if you don’t believe in it, do a google search and see if you might change your mind. Try taking a low cost multi-vitamin like One A Day. Take it with breakfast or lunch and see how better you will feel. The truth is vitamins supplement your nutrition and help you feel better. And feeling better will give you the energy your body and mind need to move forward in your business.

3. Make sure to do some type of exercise everyday. If you work at home, you can jog in place for 15-25 minutes. Its great for the heart and helps you sleep better. If you haven’t exercised in a while, just start off at 10-15 minutes and increase it every some many days. If you have access to a gym, try and spend 30-60 minutes 3 times a week doing cardio and weight training. It’s so easy to get out of the habit of doing this but it is essential for maintaining a even flow of vitality and blood flowing to the brain.

4. Spend time with your family. I can’t stress how important it is to spend as much time with your family and friends. It really gives you a break from your everyday routine and business. It takes you out of your life and for you to spend time with others and help encourage them. Enjoy your loved ones because its God-given.

5. Make sure to take a look at the foods you eat and how they are prepared. I love fried foods and some junk food but we have to have a limit on it. Eating these types of food everyday or every week even is not good. Making sure to incorporate fruits and vegetables and preparing your eats by baking them, lowers your blood pressure, maintain good digestion and strenghtens your heart.

By including these simple changes in your life, you will have more time and energy to explore more business ideas and energy to grow your business to higher heights.
